Seeds Of Faith For The Christian Mom

Hi ladies!

This week for iFellowship I wanted to share one of the most powerful things I've ever read by Hudson Taylor.  Hope you are blessed by this too!  (I have edited some of the words for reasons related to being a worker here).

Finding one's purpose w/ Him can be a strange and mysterious journey.  Or it can be as plain as asking G for a task and then watching your desire for that task grow within you.
Problem is, most of us forget to ask G to fill us with a fervent spirit to serve Him.
Then, years later, we wake up and realize we had our life.
We made our small choices...our safe choices.
But somehow we missed the richness of following our G down an unchartered path.
                                                                                        --Hudson Taylor

We are heading home soon because I have decided to make a safe choice, so there is SO much I could say about this, but I'd like to hear your thoughts instead!  I'm going to try to get my thoughts together for a post at some point :)

Many blessings to you today!

Stephanie,

Oooops!!! I just realized that I started following your site last week. When I looked at your GFC I didn't see myself listed there at 1st. After I posted my comment I realized my mistake. Sorry about that!

It's so nice to be visiting you again. I hope that your week is full of God's richest blessings!!!

Your crazy mixed up iFellowship friend,
Sue :)

What a great quote!! It is so tempting to think that the safe route is always the best....not always so! Thanks for your courage!

That is an amazing quote! I just read a book called, "One Million Arrows" that is challenging me to take the long road home...this quote is such a great addition!

Thanks,
Stacey
